When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FillGo reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any justified reason. Your order will not be considered accepted until FillGo expressly confirms acceptance via email confirmation once payment has been processed.

We recommend you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is accepted, FillGo cannot guarantee it will be able to process cancellation requests. If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery times indicated are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. FillGo will not be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing or force majeure events beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, except in cases where the damage is attributable to defective packaging by FillGo, in which case our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

All content within the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos, audio and overall design, is the property of FillGo or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

FillGo operates using Shopify technology, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or purchase made in our store is conducted directly with FillGo. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and FillGo, including any damage or loss arising from the purchase of products.
